So you have 400 units of liquid(4ml), this is going to be an 8 week process with the 4ml after that you could do a maintenance dose(the last week of week 8 is the maintenance dose per week). This whole process is using a 1ml insulin needle. Its recommended to take Melanotan 2 at night. Week one: First two days(loading faze) 15 units. Then 10 units for the rest of the week. Week two: 10 units for the whole week. Week three: Start Monday with 10 units then the next two days 5 units. Thursday 10 units again then the rest of the week 5 units.
